Two Displaced After Temecula Home Damaged by Fire

No one was hurt in the fire on Calle Langarcia Sunday morning.

A predawn fire scorched part of a two-story Temecula home Sunday, a fire department spokeswoman said.

No one was hurt during the blaze, which was called in at 12:41 a.m.

Firefighters found light smoke coming from the garage of the home in the 33200 block of Calle Langarcia, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said.

Firefighters managed to contain the fire to a wall between the bathroom and the garage. Two adults and a dog were displaced and planned to stay with a neighbor, Hendrickson said.

Its cause was under investigation.
