In the 20 years of Temecula living I have endured and the one thing this community has continuallyRead Morei gnored is the need for more teen based activities and businesses. This community began with a bunch of mid to high class kids with too much money and absent parents. The city ignored them. Now it is a city with too many lower class struggling families and the city continues to ignore this vital age group. What the hell did you expect? Do the same thing year after year but get a different result? And where is the water park that has been promised for the better part of a decade? The teen center? Maybe an art center? ANYTHING not religious or school based would be a start. Hell, even a friggin drive-in would have helped to deter some of this activity everyone wants to piss and moan about but will actually DO nothing to deter it. Just like the homeless. Let's put everyone in jail. Lets rage and moan and groan and look the other way when it is time to fix the problem. That will make a difference. Ha! How is that working for ya so far??? Not so good. Maybe you all should try a different tactic now?
