Better yet a good technician would have ran it for awhile after the "adjustments". Better yet, on the invoice tell me when I should call them by, not tell me a reasonable time. I think for repairs 1 year is reasonable.

Seems a little fishy! I am not sure why someone would have a service come to their home and then notRead More use the heater for a year, or even check to see if it worked after they left. There are rodents, debris, and spiders that cause problems as well. A year seems a little long to check someones work, especially in an unstable environment.
