Please let us know if you "hear" the parrot screaming/squawking.
This one is banded, wings clipped and cannot fly, but can walk. Socialized and has special needs.
The owner is distraught. Medium/Large size, White with yellow crest. Please tell us if you see a similar bird at a swap meet, Craigslist or other venue that sells animals/parrots.
