Skylar Is LOST Please help!!!

I need your help. Please  if you live anywhere near Temecula. This little guy answers to "SKYLAR". He is an old ladies best friend and her daughter was caring for him when he got out on 1/27/14 at 12:00 noon. He has no collar and he ran down Tulley Ranch Road in the Vail Ranch Development most likely near Vail Ranch Parkway and Sunbeam. He is four years old. He has a double set of front teeth as you can see in the picture:) He is an old ladies only "baby" left at home and she is currently in a nursing home waiting to see him again. PLEASE HELP!!!
