As sad as the Newtown massacre was, according to UNICEF, 25,000 children die EVERY DAY in the world from preventable diseases, poor sanitation, lack of food, war, etc. And there are 4,000 daily abortions in the USA. Typical phoney Christians.

We are all aware of what is happening in the world. And many of us have done alot to help on a regular basis. Just because a church holds a concert does not make them fake christians. Everyone deals with things differently..I personally am involved with several charities that help in several of the areas mentioned. But I don't attend church on a regular basis, I am not a phoney christian. And I will probably go to this because its for the children. You mentioned statistics but what have you done to help lower them?

Stanley, It sounds like you have a heart for children, but why the comment stating "fake Christians". Many people do much on a local level through our churches to help children and other ministries. It truly takes a community to make a difference, so let's just start there. The families of this tragedy need to feel support and love right now. I am grieved by all the children suffering throughout this world, it is an absolute crime. If you have ideas of how to help them, please share ( I say this with sincerity). I have felt led to help through my church who can pull all of the resources to do much more than I on my own. Let's continue to pray for ALL who are in need, God still does miracles.

Show me one example with proof that prayer ever solved any human problem. It doesn't stop bullets or cancer etc.

We pray with Faith and I personally have many stories and know many people with many stories of Prayer victories. I can promise you that if you truly commit yourself to the Truth of God, which is written in the Bible, and pray for Him to show you personally, He will. God wants you to question His word, so once you have honestly exhausted your efforts, you will see that His word is Truth.

Why would you condemn people for doing a good thing? Yes, people die every day. Is that a valid excuse to crap all over the efforts of those that actually try to do something positive?

Sally B . Hey Dudette, I dislike saying the following . I do not mean disrespect to you. But the Bible is in my opinion, a patch work of comic like stories. Not one of which, is logical or can be verified scientifically. Written in bits and pieces, over a couple hundred years . And in a time when superstition and illiteracy was rampant . People thought the world was FLAT at that time .. The same applies to the Quran, another comic book based on teachings of a pedophile Mohammad. Women in those times, were treated like animals, and used for breeding only.. They had no rights. Children (young girls 9 years old) were married off to old men.. Totally disgusting. Homosexuality was rampant. A very dark time in human history.

We need God in our lives more than ever. Thank you God for saving my life. My prayers have been answered. Lord I pray that we keep our faith and continue to be a blessing to those around us by our own actions. Thank you God!

Popeye you need to shut it. Your comments are a waste of air and my guess is, so are you. Nobody wants to hear it. To all the volunteers, well done.
