Bill Harker died Thursday in his Temecula home, according to a Press-Enterprise report.
He was 96.
Harker was involved in the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Temecula Town Association and recognized as a local historian, according to the newspaper.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Chapel of Memories located at 28300 Mercedes Street, according to the newspaper.
