Chabad Temecula Sponsors Community Seder For Passover

Passover 2013 begins in the evening of Monday, March 25 and ends in the evening of Tuesday, April 2.

The following is a news release from Chabad Temecula:

Chabad Temecula will sponsor a community seder on Monday, March 25, starting at 7:30 pm, at the Chabad Jewish Center, 41789 Nicole Lane, Suite B7, Temecula.

Passover (or Pesach) is that time when Jews the world over retell the story of the exodus from Egypt in the year 2448 (3325 BCE). This is done at a family or community get together called a “seder,” the Hebrew word for “order,” referring to the order in which the ceremony progresses.
