Cooling Temps, Possible Drizzles, on Tap For Weekend

N.ext week, an approaching low pressure system will mean temperatures will fall 10 degrees or more below normal

Very pleasant fall weather will continue in the Temecula Valley and the region Friday through Sunday, as a high pressure ridge continues to weaken and drift south into Mexico.

Look for warm days and cool nights. Night and morning low clouds and fog will make incursions into the area through Monday.

Next week, an approaching low pressure system will mean temperatures will fall 10 degrees or more below normal. There's a chance of rain or drizzle Sunday night through Thursday. Following the system, cool conditions should stick around.

Today: Morning low clouds and fog, becoming mostly sunny. Warm. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph, high near 80 degrees; tonight: Mostly clear early, then low clouds and patchy fog developing. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph in the evening, low around 56 degrees.

Saturday: Morning low clouds and fog, becoming partly sunny. Warm. South to southwest wind 10 to 15 mph, high of about 80 degrees; Saturday night: Partly cloudy early, then low clouds and fog developing, low near 55 degrees.

Sunday: Morning low clouds and fog, becoming mostly sunny. Warm, high around 78 degrees; Sunday night: Partly cloudy early, then low clouds and fog developing, low of about 51 degrees.

Monday: Morning low clouds and fog, becoming partly cloudy, high near 74 degrees; Monday night: Partly cloudy, becoming mostly cloudy. Slight chance of rain, low around 51 degrees.
