Desperately Seeking Adoption

Southwest Communities Animal Shelter in Wildomar has the perfect family holiday gift.

Help these sweet animals -- and dozens more -- find a home. Southwest Communities Animal Shelter is brimming over with pets in need of adoption.

Even if you can't adopt now, help the shelter with a donation. Southwest Communities is in need of kitty litter, cat and dog food and Kong chew toys. The shelter is also seeking volunteers on an ongoing basis.

The shelter is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Adoptions are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Adoption fees include microchipping, DA2PPV-C and Bordatella vaccine, collar, Animal Friends of the Valleys tag and free vet check. Seniors (60+) can adopt any animal over 5 years of age for half the adoption price.
