Oceanside Man to be Charged in DUI Death
An Oceanside man is facing multiple charges in the DUI accident Sunday that took the life of a Menifee woman.
The California Highway Patrol has identified the driver of a car that crossed into oncoming traffic on Highway 79 early Sunday, crashing into an oncoming vehicle and killing the lone occupant.
Jason Richter, 30 of Oceanside, is being charged with felony DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter, according to the CHP.
