Water Park on Tap For 2014, Developer Says

According to an article in the North County Times, developer Wild Rivers could not make a 2013 deadline and for a while it seemed as though the park was dead in the water.

A  water park project that appeared dead in the water for Temecula may be developed after all, it was reported this week.

Mike Riedel, president of developer company Wild Rivers, told the North County Times that the proposed water park might be built about the same time that another park in Irvine would be constructed.

The water park in Temecula plan has been bandied about for more than five years.

In 2006, a water park was planned for a site near Winchester and Ynez roads but there was opposition from area residents and tenants at a nearby business park, the Times reported.

The council again in 2009 agreed to sell land at Dendy and Diaz roads for $6.7 million for another water park developer but the company fell short of the money needed, according to the NCT.

Note to Patriot. Temecula is far better off financially than your group pf misfits that can't even give an example of a city that is run by there ideology and was successful. Pretty much you and Eric fall from the the same tree. Spreading lies with no facts. Outsiders That do not live in Temecula.

It sad that Eric and Patriot are mental midgets that have not come with any solution to allegations against the city.
