The shows were planned by the Temecula Valley Players, a local acting troupe. Tickets cost $20-$28 with discounts for seniors, students and active military, according to an announcement.

One special show on Dec. 7 will cost only $15 for any seat in the house. No performance will be on Dec. 2 because the Old Town Temecula Christmas Parade will be happening.

The performance brings together writers Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast) and Lynn Ahrens (Seussical), director Kit Fugrad, choreographer Ali Whitman, Music Director Beverly Baker and local actor Don Vecchione as Scrooge, the announcement states.
