Artists Sought For Benefit Event

Safe Alternatives For Everyone, or S.A.F.E., is seeking a few more local artists interested in displaying their work at a benefit for victims of domestic violence.ma

There are still some openings for local artists to display their works at an upcoming benefit for children and families affected by domestic violence.

Safe Alternatives For Everyone, or S.A.F.E., is hosting its 2nd Annual Perfect Pairing at Harveston in Temecula. The event will bring artists and wineries together to help end family violence in the Temecula and Murrieta area.

The event is scheduled from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 25 at the Lake House in Harveston in Temecula.

"Join us for a wonderful afternoon in a picturesque location with fabulous art, delicious wine and great food," said Patti Drew, spokesperson for S.A.F.E.

Funds raised will go toward sending a child to a Fiber Arts Class, purchasing food supplies for Trinity SAFEhouse, or to help fund the program in general, Drew said.

S.A.F.E. offers life-saving and life-changing services for children, youth and families who are at risk or have experienced abuse and violence, Drew said.
