Annual Music Competition

Rotary Club of Temecula will hold its Annual Music Competition. Musicians from local high schools and home-schooled students are invited to apply. Public is invited to watch the competition.

Advance registration is required for all competitions.
The Murrieta Rotary Club will hold its contest on Wednesday evening, Feb. 22, at The Salvation Army Community Center in Murrieta. The Lake Elsinore Rotary Club will hold competitions on Wednesday evening, Feb. 22, in the Ortega High School gym.

There are three categories of musical presentations: vocal, piano, and other instrumental. First place prize is $400, second $250, and third $100. The club winners will go on to the Rotary District 5330 finals in March and April at the University of Redlands, and winners of those contests in each category will be awarded $1,000 for first place, $500 second place, and $250 third place, according to organizers.
