Film Fest Names Winners

Five categories and one musical act were chosen by the audience and judges.

Five films and one musical act were named as the winners of the Temecula Film Festival.

"The Italian Key," written, directed and produced by Rosa Karo, won Best Feature Film. The runner up was "October Baby" by Andrew and Jon Erwin.

"Flight to the Wall," directed by Bill Matson and produced by Tim Prokop, won Best Documentary Feature. "Lost Airmen of Buchenwald" by Mike Dorsey was the runner-up.

"From the Ground Up" by Beth Gage won Best Documentary Short. "The Last to Leave" by Pat Clark was the runner up.

"The Hirosaki Players" by Jeff Sousa won Best Short Film. The runner up was "Blue Highway" by Rich Newey.

"The Daisy Cutter" by Enrique Garcia won Best Animation. "The Reality Clock" by Amanda Tasse was the runner up.

"The Worsties" from Nashville won the music fest.

The Temecula Valley International Film and Music Festival ran from Wednesday to Sunday last week at in the Tower Plaza.
