The concert aims to raise funds for a marine who lost three limbs during his service in Afghanistan.

The gates are slated to open at 6 p.m. with a concert from the .

The marine, Juan Dominguez, is scheduled to arrive on Mercedes Street escorted by more than 140 Patriot Guard Riders, according to spokesperson Chris Kuban.

Dominguez is scheduled to be presented with a flag, and the are to sing the National Anthem at 7 p.m.

Singing cop Danny Rodriguez is slated to perform at 7:22 p.m., and Scott Lobaido is to paint an American Flag at 7:55 p.m.

Gary Sinise's Lt. Dan Band is to perform at 8:10 p.m., and Dominguez is scheduled to go onstage and perform with Sinise at 9:10 p.m.
