Buddy Mercer, the guitarist, has the ability to change up his musical gears spontaneously from jazzy hits to rock-and-roll to blues and back to slide guitar jams makes his addition to the band electrifying.

Strong singer-songwriter and performer Tony Isabelle will be slapping the bass guitar and bringing his unique playing style and song writing ability to the stage.

Rounding out the band and keeping the tempo is well loved vocalist and drummer Paul Pierce. His uncanny knack for taking the audience on a sound ride and his stage presence are outstanding.

Rice has owned and operated a local musical instrument shop, , on Jefferson for 12 years.

Rice’s family has three generations of chalk artists that will be featured as part of the street festival. His wife, son and grand daughter plan to put putting chalk to pavement as they have since the inception of Temecula Street Painting Festival.
