World of Wine Gets Underway In Temecula Wine Country This Weekend

If you see an unusually high number of people in the area, WoW is why.

It's WoW time again! That's when the wineries of the Temecula Valley open their cellar doors for guests to enjoy a bevy of wines at the annual two-day World of Wine barrel tasting.

The event is being held March 2-3.

Ticket holders enjoy a self-guided wine country tour that is taking them to 30+ wineries, each of whom will be offering varietal wines from barrel, tank or bottle. The wines will be paired with scrumptious food samplings as well.

The two-day, $99-per person event sold out long ago. That said, visitors are still welcome in Wine Country this weekend. But if you see an unusually high number of people in the area, WoW is why.
