Are sellers still receiving several offers?

Couple of shifts are happening in the area.  We see less activity as far as home buyers, especially at weekend open houses. As a result, home prices are softening a bit in Temecula.  Still a good time to list your home.  Just price it reasonably and make sure it is "show home ready".  I like to pay particular attention to street or curb appeal. Drive around the neighborhood and check out the lawn and landscaping.  You don't have to over do it, but make it look inviting. While I'm at it, take a paint brush and apply a nice fresh coat of paint to your front door. Maybe you can even come up with a warm color or striking color.  Amazing what that does to the curb appeal.
