Police Ask Public's Help In Finding Missing Elderly Man

Lee Carson Clayton, 74, went missing from his residence on June 2, 2013, at 12 p.m. and has not been seen since.

The following is an urgent news release from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department: 

On June 2, 2013, at 8:40 P.M., Moreno Valley Police Officers responded to the 15000 block of Perris Blvd., Moreno Valley in reference to an at risk missing elderly adult who suffers from dementia.

Officers learned that Lee Carson Clayton, age 74, went missing from his residence on June 2, 2013, at 12:00 PM and has not been seen since. With the use of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department helicopter and a scent tracking dog, officers did an intense search of the city but were unable to locate him.

Mr. Clayton is described as a black male who is dependent on blood pressure medication; 6-"04", thin build, and last seen wearing a white T-shirt, denim jeans, and a tan hat with blue writing on it. Mr. Carson is new to Moreno Valley and is not familiar with the area. He is known to frequent the area of Perris Blvd. and Cactus Ave. in the city of Moreno Valley.
