The outage at Vail Ranch Parkway was reported shortly after 4 a.m.; power is expected to be restored at approximately 3:30 p.m. today, according to the Southern California Edison website.
Unconfirmed reports indicate is impacted by the outage. Calls to the district have not been immediately returned.
