Down To Earth Winemakers Dinner

South Coast Winery is participating in the Wine Institute’s “California Wines: Down to Earth” campaign during April to celebrate the state’s commitment to sustainable winegrowing and winemaking practices such as conserving energy, water and soil, recycling and composting.  To coincide with Earth Day, award-winning chef Mike Terry has created an eco-conscious five-course menu using fresh vegetables grown using earth-friendly practices in our Carter Estate gardens.  This special dinner will be exquisitely paired with award-winning South Coast wines selected by our winemakers.
