Lou Kashmere is hoping to open a brewery in Old Town.
Businessman Lou Kashmere hopes to open a brewery in Old Town, according to a U-T San Diego report.
Kashmere told the newspaper the brewery, which he hopes to name Garage Brewing and Pizzeria, will be a "fast casual restaurant."
He'll present his idea to the city later this year.
