Winemaker Craig Larson will join executive Chef Mike Henry in preparing a five-course gastronomic pairing served under the moon, to celebrate the Callaway Vineyard & Winery harvest.
The moonlight dinner is set for 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at a cost of $120 per person; Wine Club members will be charged $108.
Callaway, at 32720 Rancho California Road, will open its cellars for the feast, which is by reservation only and will have limited seating.

The menu for the culinary experience will include:
A duo of seared Ahi and Paddlefish caviar latkas and grilled oysters with shallot, lemon and tarragon butter, paired with Special Selection Viognier;
Goat cheese, prosciutto, eggplant and fresh tomato pizza, paired with the Reserve Chardonnay;
Plank-roasted, coffee-rubbed wild ono with pear and yam gratine, paired with the Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon;
Smoked top sirloin with bearnaise and roasted market vegetables, paired with the Reserve Calliope Red;
Trio of chocolate and espresso creme brûlée, berry cobbler and ricotta cheesecake, paired with the A.K.A. Port or Late Harvest Cabernet Sauvignon.
