Pechanga RV Resort Voted Best in North America by MotorHome Magazine Readers

Readers of one the most popular RV magazines vote Pechanga RV Resort among the best in North America, giving it a gold rating.

The following is a news release submitted by Pechanga Resort and Casino:

The Pechanga RV Resort was awarded the top RV Campground in all of North America by readers of MotorHome magazine, one of the most popular RV publications, in its first ever “Reader’s Choice Awards.”

The list, which covers all things RV, from best awning to satellite service, is available here.

“When we opened the RV Resort 13 years ago, our goal was to create the absolute best getaway possible, and we are extremely grateful to the readers of MotorHome magazine for recognizing our efforts,” said Pechanga Development Corporation President Joaquin Fletcher.

“The fact that we have many patrons who live in Southern California, but nevertheless drive their rigs just an hour or so to camp here, speaks volumes of the great job that management has done to enrich the resort experience.”

Located adjacent to the and all of its amenities, the Pechanga RV Resort offers a wealth of amenities of its own and has earned near perfect scores in the Trailer Life Directory. As a "Top 100 RV Resorts in the United States" (one of only four in Southern California) by Good Sam Club several years in a row, a series of new upgrades makes it an even better experience for guests.

Amenities include:

—168 tree-shaded sites with full electric (20, 30 and 50 amp), water, cable TV and sewer service.

—25 pull through sites

—Free wireless Internet

—A heated pool and two jacuzzis

—Two large clubhouses. Each room has kitchen facilities.

—The Pechanga Gas Station offers all grades of fuel including diesel, as well as propane.

—Convenience store with food-to-go restaurant

Seven new upgrades opened in May 2011 include:

—27 Premium Sites

—Three Luxury Sites

—Large, newly renovated pet area

—Clubhouse barbecue area with seating for 40

“We have looked at every detail of the guest's time spent here and sought to enhance it in any we could,” Fletcher said.

It is so sad that our state has allowed this to happen. I remember a few years ago when the TVUSDRead More budget was horrible and teacher's were given less than $100.00 to budget their classrooms. Teachers are allowed to ask for donations but can no longer "require" students to bring in supplies for the classroom. PARENT'S need to step up to the plate!! After all these are OUR children and it's our responsibility to help them get the best education they can get. As long as people have the "entitlement" attitude with the public school system I can only see thing getting worse and not better. Please parents, help your teacher's. It does not take a fortune to pick up something extra for the classroom while buying your own child school supplies. Just my opinion!!

A skating rink with ice is more desirable. Temecula and Murrieta have lots of kids involved in iceRead More skating and hockey, but have to drive to Escondido or Riverside to participate.

We had Mission Pools in Temecula build our pool and would highly recommend them! Brad and the entireRead More team are good, honest and fair people. The process will never be without issues but the few we had were handled quickly and professionally. They do not just build your pool and move on....they are there for years after!! Good solid company that has been around for a long time! Can't say enough good things about Mission Pools!!!
