Temecula Valley Wine Country Event Attracted Nearly 1,500 Visitors, Organizers Say

The WoW event ran March 2-3.

Numbers from last weekend’s 23rd annual World of Wine are in, and according to organizers the event was a success.

"Temecula Valley's 23rd annual World of Wine Weekend drew nearly 1,500 visitors to the region's 35 wineries for guests to enjoy award-winning wines and gourmet food samplings,” said Peggy Evans, executive director of the Temecula Valley Winegrowers Association.

The WoW event ran March 2-3. Temecula Valley wineries opened their cellar doors for guests to enjoy a bevy of wines and food pairings (see attached booklet). Ticket holders enjoyed a self-guided wine country tour over the course of the two-day, $99-per person event.
