What Should Be Done With Pat & Oscar's Location?

The founders of said they want to reopen the Temecula restaurant.

Pat and Oscar Sarkisian, the former owners of the Carlsbad-based franchise, are going through the legal process to get their flagship restaurant up and running, according to the Press-Enterprise.

Though the restaurant regularly sponsored local schools, soccer leagues, churches and other events, some residents were glad to see it go.

Some residents said they'd like to see another restaurant move into the 10,000-square-foot location, with a 2,000-square-foot patio overlooking the duck pond.
