No Sweat Estate Sales provides professional services to fit your needs to sell the contents of your estate using a variety of avenues to provide you with a worry-free experience. A plan will be developed to sell the contents of your estate through the methods that meet your needs. This means finding appropriate buyers and delivery methods for your fine quality items and your ordinary household items.

Swift Estate Sales will

· sort and inventory items to be sold

· sell items through best venues, ie. antique & collectable dealers, public estate sale, ebay.  We advertise your sale through local sources including estatesales.net

· Provide an accounting of items sold and the amount they were sold for.

Prior to the sale family will reserve items they wish to keep.  Once the sale preparation begins all household items are part of the estate sale and anymore family requests will require special arrangements.

The fee for the services of Swift Estate Sales would be 40% of the amount sold. Advertising and crew are included.  Clean-out requirements will be discussed as part of your customized plan.
