Petco is happy to announce the grand reopening of its store in Temecula, CA located at 40474 Winchester Road the weekend of March 29-30, 2014. The newly redesigned store now features state of the art developments to better suit customer needs.
This grand reopening celebration will begin at 9 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Temecula Mayor, Maryann Edwards, and a flag ceremony by a local Temecula Boy Scout Troop. The following Temecula-based organizations will also be there to show their support for the newly remodeled store with samples and giveaways:
- The Temecula Wine Country
- Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival
- Bark for the Cure
- Multiple classic car clubs
Guests are invited to bring their furry friends to join in on the celebrations, and potential new pet parents will have the opportunity to connect with local shelter pets from Animal Friends of the Valley, Lucky Bunny Rabbit Rescue, and the Beak Squad. Additionally, “connect and share” stations will be set up inside the store with events on the hour, including educational seminars, “Meet the Critters” gatherings, dog training demos, and more.
The Temecula Petco store will continue to offer local pet parents everyday necessities and a wide-variety of high quality food options, including natural, organic and raw food selections. The store will also continue to host monthly companion animal events, which are complimentary interactive educational forums for families such as the annual hit, Reptile Rally. Plus, there will still be numerous adoption events throughout the years, which will help local rescues find homes for animals in needs.
