Ah realtors like flies to you know what. The insincerity makes me wanna throw up.

Sam, what makes us Realtors insincere? by being there to do our job? If someone posts that they need a realtor, why wouldn't a realtor make themselves available? That doesn't make them insincere. We have a job to do. Its a living to feed our children. I am a Realtor and I have a passion to help others in finding a home to purchase or sell. Why is that such a bad thing? As a Realtor, we deal with more insincerity more than others. We deal with buyers who make us drive them all over the place and they were really never serious about buying and it is a free service for buyers. We put a smile on our face, leave our homes and children and take the buyers to every house they want to see and most of the time, end up with nothing. We get up, and do it again and again. I really don't understand why it is such a negative to be a Realtor. Can anyone tell me?

We have a REO (bank-owned property) less than 3 miles from Wolf Creek, just off Avenida De Missiones. Pool home, 3 BR 2.5 BA, low property taxes. Waiting on price from bank, probably around $260K. Needs carpet and paint. Call me if you think this property might work for them. Ken Hall, Realtor, 951-760-3833
