Antique Tools to be Displayed at Museum

"Tools of the Trade" looks back at hand tools throughout history - no mouse or internet needed.

The Temecula Valley Museum is taking a trip back in time with a new exhibit titled “Tools of the Trade.   The exhibit looks back at tools used by skilled occupations that are now more industrialized or done with the aid of computers. 

The exhibit will feature tools for occupations such as auto mechanic, carpentry, cobbler, quarryman, seamstress and surveyor.  “Tools of the Trade” also features antique tool  used by local workers and photos of businesses from the early days of Temecula. 

“Tools of the Trade” opens January 28, and continues at the museum through April 1st.
