Blake Pleads Guilty in Temecula DQ Robbery

Troy David Blake changes his plea at the beginning of today's preliminary hearing.

A Rainbow man pleaded guilty today to a charge of robbing a Temecula Dairy Queen in November and is expected to receive a two-year prison sentence under a plea deal offered by the District Attorney’s Office. 

Troy David Blake, 49, changed his plea at the beginning of today’s preliminary hearing in Riverside Superior Court. 

In exchange for the admission of guilt to the felony robbery charge, prosecutors dropped two counts of attempted robbery and three counts of attempted burglary against Blake.
