Temecula Patch is holding two Halloween costume contests: one for adults, and one for kids.
The kids contest is country-wide, and the grand-prize winner will get a three-day, two-night trip to New York and a meet and greet with Heidi Klum and a donation of $1,031 to their favorite local charity.
