Temecula Doctor Accused of Fraud, Forging Documents

The Medical Board of California seeks to suspend or revoke the medical license of a Temecula doctor.

Donald Woo Lee allegedly forged a permit saying he was licensed to use X-ray equipment, and then illegally illegally conducted X-ray procedures, according to the Press-Enterprise.

He was also accused of submitting fraudulent insurance claims and other "unprofessional conduct," the newspaper reported.
