A woman committed suicide in the playground of a Temecula Park Wednesday night, authorities said.
The suicide was reported about 8:30 p.m., according to authorities.
Scanner chatter at the time indicated that a man had discovered his girlfriend hanging from a park slide in the park, 45316 Morgan Hill Drive.
Sheriff's officials have not confirmed the woman hanged herself.
Patch learned at the scene that paramedics administered CPR to the woman as she was being placed into an ambulance.
The park is not far from Terry Tobin Elementary School.
