Auditions for "Rock the Oaks"

SINGERS, SONGWRITERS AND

PERFORMERS WANTED FOR ‘ROCK THE OAKS’





Open auditions for music review show scheduled for

October 19. 

Rock the Oaks (formerly known as Temecula Live!) is hosting open

call auditions for singers, songwriters and performers on Saturday, October 19 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at The Merc in Old

Town Temecula.

Rock the Oaks is one of only a few live music review

shows in Southern California. All genres of music are invited to participate

including new and traditional country, rock, Broadway, pop, gospel and

patriotic. Bands, groups, choirs, theater companies and solo acts are all

eligible to perform. Additionally, comedians, dancers, jugglers and ventriloquists

will be considered. Performers will need to bring their karaoke music track for

the audition.

Performers picked to participate in the show on

February 28 and/or March 1, 2014 will be listed on the event’s website no later than December 1, 2013.





Registration is available on RocktheOaks.org. Registered

auditions will be considered before walk-ins. The Merc is located at 42051 Main

Street, Temecula, CA 92590. Proceeds from Rock the Oaks will benefit the Arts

and Autism programs of Oak Grove Center. More information regarding the event
