Nowadays most businesses who are besieged by poverty-prone complainers use the neat trick of keeping their phone message allotment full so that the caller is hung up upon and they quit trying to make contact..... This works well with Inland Empire Health Plan, whose doctors avoid new Obamacare patients.... It also works with Social Services, getting rid of these pesky peasants that think they can get health care on the cheap. Go find some witch doctor, creeps.
