Join Bautista Spears, licensed yoga instructor, at the Grace
Mellman Library for a free session of yoga stretches every second Monday of the month. This is an excellent time to experience yoga for the first time, participate with others, or ask questions. The yoga class compliments the books and DVD’s available through the Riverside County Library System. We suggest wearing clothes you can move in and a mat or towel for the floor.
