The Wild, Wet, Curious World of Water Districts

Riverside County United Communities is pleased to present: An overview of how water districts function and exist as a separate layer of local government

Guest speaker John E. “Jack” Hoagland was elected to the Rancho California Water District’s board in September 2001 with successive re-elections in 2005, 2009 and 2013. His term expires in December 2017. 

Mr. Hoagland is a registered Civil Engineer, has a M.S. from UCLA in water resources and a B.S. in Chemistry from San Diego State University.  He has over 35 years of professional executive experience managing municipal and special district water and wastewater utilities, and is managing member of John E. Hoagland Associates, Consulting Services. 

Please arrive early and order breakfast before 9 a.m.  Take the McCall exit off I-215.
