"100 Mile Dinner" Benefit for Local School Gardens

Slow Food Temecula Valley hosts a "100 Mile Dinner" to help raise funds for the educational, organic, and edible school gardens they helped create. Principle ingredients will have traveled no more than 100 miles before reaching your fork.

Ingredient providers include Sage Mountain Farms, Crow's Pass Farm, Spice Merchants, Hamilton Meats, Newport Meat Co.,Mountain
Meadows Mushrooms, Beck Grove, and more.

Enjoy treats like Butternut Squash Agnolotti and Fallen Chocolate Souffle Cake with Candied Blood Orange Confetti paired with local wines and prepared by talented local chefs.
