Friends of Palomar Mountain State Park: Organizational Meeting

Share your ideas and talents to help keep the park open through financial means.
Such as: fund raising, securing grants & corporate sponsorships, boosting park revenue through park promotion
and special events, cost cutting through volunteer labor, donations of goods & services, etc. 

What: Organizational meeting of Friends of Palomar Mountain State Park 
When: Saturday, February 4th 11:30 a.m.
Where: Palomar Community Center, next to the Fire Station  21610 Crestline Road Palomar Mountain, CA 92060
On the agenda: The primary objective of the meeting is to reach out to the broader community in order to invite their ideas and enlist their help to keep the park open. We'll gather and exchange ideas, let people make themselves available to participate, and generally begin to form the organization at large. This will allow us to map out strategies and responsibilities as we work together to keep our park open and operating. We'll also provide an update on the process of working with the State Parks Department to reach an agreement to keep Palomar Mountain State Park open.
