Random Acts of Kindness 2013

On Saturday, December 14th, while many took advantage of a perfect shopping weekend in preparation for Christmas, over 300 warm coats and jackets were just some of the items that were collected through the efforts of a helpful community spearheaded by Exit Alliance Realty in Temecula.  Shawn Sorensen, Broker/Owner led her crew of over 75 volunteers that included: Exit Alliance Agents, their family & friends, neighbors, Prime Lending, Palm Tree Escrow, Old Republic Home Warranty, Disclosure Save, National Van Lines, A Better Home Inspection, Career Compass, Amer ican National Insurance Company, Lizarraga Insurance Agency, The Post Man & more all shared in Random Acts of Kindness.  Some of the items being collected included 150 new socks, 30 pairs of new shoes, 200 razors, bags and bag of warm clothing, toiletries, cleaning supplies...and so on.

These items were distributed to over 130 individuals registered with Project T.O.U.C.H. in addition to over 100 in Emergency Care/Shelter programs.

Those receiving were touched beyond words.  Those giving were also touched as the message of unity resonated.
