Voter Suppression: A 'Twisted' Idea Of Democracy

So far, five states have petitioned the U.S Supreme Court to overturn the Voting Rights Act of 1965. These states and Republican Party members would like us to believe they are seeking to have this landmark Act overturned because of "widespread voter fraud." If anyone bothered to research the confirmed cases of voter fraud they would find there are too few real cases to bother with. 

The Republican Party is constantly trying to convince everyone that they are the party of "values" and they also hold the moral high ground. "God bless America," etc.

What kind of values do the Republicans have that they would attempt to suppress the voting rights of African-Americans or other people of color? Could it be the Republican Party is doing everything in their power to win an election that they are clearly losing at this stage, at the expense of a minority that has been brutalized and discriminated against throughout our country's history?

I am Caucasian, but I will not stand by quietly while my fellow citizens are discouraged from voting by the likes of horrible people like Karl Rove who wish to impose their twisted idea of a democracy on those of us who believe in EQUAL rights for EVERYONE. This includes men, women, gay, straight, black, white, Asian, Hispanic. EVERYONE!
