My Morning Epiphany: Your Masterpiece Is In You

We see someone (even ourselves) and focus on the surface thinking that's all there is to this individual.

Last night I had the honor of attending an archaeological lecture in China Town. Funny thing is I was told it would be a lecture about Chinese medical practices and remedies. Turns out, this was the perfect lecture! As the sharer, Lothat von Falkerhausen of UCLA shared his passion with slide accompaniment I leaned in more after each one. Immediate fascination with their discoveries overtook my imagination.

It became metaphoric. Seeing the pre-excavation photos no one would have guessed that there was a pottery manufacturing operation buried there dating back to 3500-3000 BC. Isn't that the same with us? We see someone (even ourselves) and focus on the surface thinking that's all there is to this individual. Never realizing or helping them perform a dream salvage excavation.

Life has a funny way of chiseling, sculpting, refining, honing us through challenges disappointments victories and triumphs. Through these processes if we use them properly we will uncover the Mona Lisa, Creation of Man in our own Sistine Chapel, Picasso's in our field of study, career or dream.

So many modern day dream manifesters experienced both public and private chiseling and the like on their journey. Ultimately learning to appreciate the process recognizing that was necessary to achieve this!

The masterpiece is in you and all the twists and turns will eventually reveal it!

P.S.

Although the means is obviously different the method is very similar. Curious. What team do you have assembled to help you uncover your masterpiece? If you or someone you know is in need of help feel comfortable commenting here or send me an email at: jacqui@professorofmotivation.com
