His latest gig is as a spokesmodel for Lake Elsinore-based 3 Paws Down, which makes organic, gluten free dog biscuits, using locally grown products.
The blueberries in the brown rice and blueberry biscuits are grown at Temecula Berry Co.
The treats have no eggs, just a flax seed oil water and blueberry flavor ... and apple/peanut butter flavor, according to company owners, Brian and Heather Keeney.
Currently the two run the company out of their Lake Elsninore home.
"People love to give dog treats and when we looked at the treats on the market we saw the ingredients and even the so called 'healthy' ones had iffy ingrediants," Heather Keeney told Patch.
"Our treats have four ingredients ....no wheat in the treats so all dogs can have them," Keeney added.
Brian Keeney started the business of making dog treats because he is into organic foods and when he got dogs he wanted his dogs to have the same type of food for having a longer life.
