Silica Dust Can Destroy Home Values

Silica dust can destroy more than our lungs. It can destroy our home values.

What is really important for the citizens of Temecula?

It's maybe the clean environment, affordable housing, good schools, peaceful living and fun for all? Well, if will sneak in behind us, say goodbye to all of this.

If you are a homeowner in Readhawk, Santiago Estates, Paseo del Sol, Paloma del Sol or anywhere on the 79 south corridor, be ready to say goodbye to what is left of your  equity -- if you have any -- because the prevailing westerly winds will bring you an invisible particle called silica that will cripple your lungs silently.

Just breath, and the simple function of doing so will take care of it.

Silica dust is an invisible substance originating by the blasting of rocks like granite. It will enter into your lungs and jam itself into your alveoli, and with the simple natural contractions of your lungs while breathing, it will scar the lung tissue.

I can refer you to common sense. Are you not going to drive your car or mow your lawn? start your furnace or your a/c? plant a garden or a rose bush? Yes you are exposed to things that liberals have made dangerous everyday... Silica is a fine dust and can cause health problems. We also live next to a freeway with trucks and cars that produce health problems. I am not going to stick my face in a tail pipe or bury my head in silica sand , are you? Get real man and know the facts...
