Excuse me, when did someone say it is alright for someone to drive down any street in Temecula, with the stereo music and subwoofer speaker systems blasting so damn loud that I, we feel the vibrations upon our minds and bodies? Give me a break, the inconsiderate people doing this need to be cited by the police. My communities atmosphere once being fairly serene, has gone to the extreme in audibility the last few years. Why we can hear them approaching from a mile away. No kidding about it! As I see it more than a nuisance. It's abusive to me that does not want to hear it. The pictures on our walls in our home rattle every time one of these idiots drive by. We live close to Morning Ridge Apartments and are disturbed day and night by some of the tenants or people visiting there as they come and go with their music blasting. This apartment house advertises a place quite in a respectful neighborhood my ass. Management there has placed no effort to quite its tenants as they say they are not responsible, to call the police! The police have done their best in trying but these individuals are mobile and thus not there when the police arrive. It is getting worse as the years roll by. Does any body give a damn about what is happening to our city with this noise problem? Would you call the police if you saw someone spraying graffiti? Think of this noise as audible graffiti! It is detrimental and triggers headaches with me. I cannot imagine it being healthful. Why must I have my home's serenity be interrupted so much of the time because of these idiots forcing me to listen to their music??? No other word for it. It's pure bullshit!
