Food Trucks for Temecula Industrial Parks

My company sits up on the hill of Via Industria and Winchester in Temecula in the highly populated business park area and there are no options for food.  Anyone know of food trucks that might be willing to park out on Via Industria and give it a test run to feed all the hungry business professionals that are stuck in the office all day with no food or drink options?
