Mailbox maintenance

Did you know that the cluster mailboxes located on Calle Katherine, which are all rusted out, leak and look horrible, are not maintained by anyone???  I called the City of Temecula, the Postmaster of Temecula and nobody is responsible for these mailboxes!  They all said "the HOA is responsible" - well, there is no HOA in that area!  

Wonder who will get sued when one of these cluster mailboxes falls on someone because the posts are completely rusted out!
